Job Description We are seeking a Client Relations Assistant to support ongoing communication and coordination with clients. This position helps maintain positive client relationships by responding to routine inquiries, organizing follow-up, preparing information, and ensuring client needs are communicated to the appropriate internal teams.

The Client Relations Assistant will work with both new and existing clients and provide administrative and communication support throughout the client relationship. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people throughout the day.

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide day-to-day communication support for new and existing clients
Respond to routine client questions and information requests
Learn about client needs, preferences, and current account activity
Provide general information regarding company products, services, and procedures
Assist with coordinating client appointments, calls, and meetings
Prepare information and materials for upcoming client conversations
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding information or next steps
Send routine updates and confirmations as needed
Maintain accurate client contact and account information
Document important details from client conversations
Organize correspondence, notes, and other client-related records
Assist with introductory communications for new clients
Help coordinate client requests with the appropriate internal teams
Monitor outstanding client items and follow up internally when necessary
Research basic questions using available company resources
Communicate relevant client updates to appropriate team members
Assist with preparing routine client correspondence and documentation
Gather client comments and feedback when appropriate
Identify questions requiring additional assistance and route them accordingly
Maintain organized records of client communication and follow-up activity
Support additional client relations activities based on day-to-day needs
Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, administrative support, hospitality, account support, or another client-facing role preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, Marketing, or a related field may be considered in place of previous experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
