Human Resources Generalist - Full-Time and Part-Time
Iris Family Support Center
The Iris HR team is
seeking a friendly, reliable, and well organized HR Generalist to help our growing team! people operations, and administrative support.
HR and often first to respond to employees needing help in person or over
initiative, backed with the support of a small HR team. You will lead employee interactions while supporting the HR Director and the rest of the team with key operational needs.
Part Time
8-5 3 days per week,
This role will work approximately three days per week, with flexibility on days and hours based on organizational needs and candidate availability.
Support day-to-day HR
operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
Help maintain compliance with
employment laws, policies, and internal procedures
Support performance
management processes and employee engagement initiatives
Partner with leadership on HR
projects, reporting, and process improvements
Assist with recruitment
Administrative Assistant
Handle confidential
Assist with project
2+ years of experience in HR,
administrative support, or a similar role (combined experience preferred)
- priorities and shift between responsibilities seamlessly
- Proficiency with Microsoft
Office and HRIS experience a plus
people-focused HR work and behind-the-scenes executive support
A flexible,
Approximately 3 days per week
