As our Technical Recruiter on the HR team, you will partner with IT Leadership to attract, identify and hire the top IT recruitment talent into their team.

Source through Workday, Phenom and LinkedIn Recruiter for open IT positions
Manage recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Monitor and maintain data records and spreadsheets tracking open and filled roles
3+ years of experience recruiting technical positions (engineers, technical architects, application developers etc.) Experience running full recruitment processes including sourcing, prescreening, negotiating offers, onboarding etc.

• Managing hiring manager requirements and relationships while also creating a positive candidate experience
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday, Phenom or similar
