We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Client Solutions Advisor to drive customer success and product adoption within repair facilities and dealerships. As a Client Solutions Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted partner to our customers. Help them achieve their business goals by making the most of our solutions. Provide regular onsite and remote support to assigned body shops and dealers.
Training and onboarding: Identify new opportunities and support add-on product sales to boost revenue.
Field expertise: Guide customers through best practices for using CCC's electronic parts procurement solution.
Data driven coaching: Use performance reporting to support customer success stories and improvements.
Collaboration: Work cross functionally with sales and implementation teams to maximize value in your territory.
1 – 2 years in a repair facility, dealership or similar environment (collision estimating experience is a major plus)

• Previous experience in territory management and B2B account management preferred
• Comfort with technology, MS Office, and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel extensively (50 – 75% overnight)
• Deep Knowledge of collision repair and dealership operations
