Customer Solutions Associate

Supporting the accurate evaluation and processing of customer insurance accounts, the hybrid contract-to-hire Customer Solutions Associate will manage data entry, deliver responsive service to customers and partners, and assist with quoting and policy administration activities. Key responsibilities Support the processing and maintenance of account information by reviewing applications and entering details into internal systems with high accuracy Deliver responsive service to customers, brokers, and internal teams through phone and email communication while addressing inquiries Research property and account information to verify coverage history and assist with quoting and policy administration activities Required qualifications Strong data entry and administrative skills with the ability to manage detailed information accurately Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and technology-based tools for organizing and analyzing account-related data Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset Strong research and organizational abilities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Ability to balance multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
