This is a Full-Time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $25.00 - $30.00 USD per hour. The successful candidate will be a primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience. This role is vital for upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, playing a key part in maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and partners who rely on our life-saving technologies. Responsibilities Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms, responding in a professional and timely manner. Providing accurate information regarding BIOTRONIK products, services, and order statuses. Efficiently processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges with a high degree of accuracy. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Maintaining comprehensive and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system. Collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer journey. Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with relevant departments to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services. Adhering to all company policies and industry regulations, particularly those pertaining to the medical device sector. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or a similar role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for thinking critically to find effective solutions. Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and composed. Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. A collaborative and positive mindset, with a commitment to teamwork and achieving shared goals.
