Human Resources Manager - Contract to Hire - Loveland, CO
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high‑impact, standalone HR role reporting directly to executive leadership.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, wearing multiple hats, and influencing company growth .

Lead all HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development

Manage full‑cycle recruiting and onboarding

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Build and improve HR processes, policies, and best practices

5+ years of progressive HR experience

Strong knowledge of HR compliance and best practices

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities

Pays $55-57/hr

Contract‑to‑hire opportunity with long‑term potential
