Overtime Receptionist

Receptionist We are looking for a receptionist for our corporate office in Greeley, CO. This position rotates Monday through Friday between receptionist and mailroom clerk with overtime every three weeks. Sorting and distributing all mail to correct department mailboxes.

Maintaining security by following procedures and controlling access into the building; monitoring use of employee badges and issuing visitor badges.

Switchboard answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls, while providing basic information when needed.

May perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed.

Travel to and from Greeley Beef plant and post office to drop off and pickup documents.

Strong customer service skills.

Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft and Outlook.
