Recruiter - Human Resources Recruiting - Full Time

FLSA Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Absolute International Security is seeking a highly organized and personable Recruiter to provide day-to-day support to the Recruiting department. This role is responsible for full-cycle, high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment; including managing the recruiting ATS, sourcing applicants through job fairs and social media, screening and interviewing candidates, and keeping the recruiting pipeline flowing smoothly and efficiently. Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple high-volume openings.
Partner with Operations to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
Source candidates through job boards, recruiting platforms, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain talent pipelines.
Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and hiring volume.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and best hiring practices.
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple calendars, interview panels, and hiring managers, including phone screens, virtual interviews, and on-site visits.
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a timely, professional, and positive experience.
Manage and maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and align on scheduling logistics.
Coordinate candidate travel, expense reimbursements, and on-site interview logistics, as needed.
Track interview and hiring metrics, flagging bottlenecks or delays to the recruiting team.
Support employer branding efforts, including career fairs, campus recruiting events, and candidate outreach.
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter (or similar)

Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in high-volume hiring required.
Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Paycom HRIS is a plus.
Must be at least 18 years old
Possesses a professional and customer service oriented demeanor with emphasis on team collaboration and conflict resolution
