Legal – Corporate & Real Estate
Pay: $38 – $43 per hour +quarterly bonus potential

Addison Group is partnering with a highly regarded law firm to hire an experienced Executive Legal Assistant to support a busy Corporate practice. This firm offers a professional, polished office environment and a collaborative team culture, with strong leadership and long-term stability.
Our client is seeking a seasoned Executive Legal Assistant to provide direct support to up to several attorneys within a Corporate practice group. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident managing high-volume communications, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal setting.
Prepare, revise, and manage corporate and real estate transaction documents
Manage and organize attorney inboxes, including drafting and refining client communications, adjusting subject lines, and ensuring timely follow-up
Support document storage, time tracking, and billing-related administrative tasks
3+ years of Legal Assistant experience
- At least 2 years supporting a Corporate law practice
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft and edit professional correspondence
- Employment Type: Direct Hire (hourly pay structure)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Fully in-office (5 days per week)
