Equipment Setup & Operation: Set up and operate

CNC

machinery (mills and/or lathes) to produce parts according to blueprint requirements.
Quality Inspection: Perform routine in-process inspections using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges to verify part dimensions and ensure tight tolerances.
Monitor machine performance, adjust tool offsets, and replace worn inserts to maintain part quality and minimize scrap.
