Position Overview
As an Advanced Practice Provider placed through Momentum HCS, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Opportunities are available in hospital-based and specialty practice settings, offering professional growth, clinical autonomy, and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
CRNAs
Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and obstetrical procedures.
Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage post-anesthesia recovery.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory, quality, and patient safety standards.
APRNs and PAs with Electrophysiology (EP) Experience
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiological conditions.
Perform patient assessments, consultations, and follow-up care.
Assist electrophysiologists with procedures and treatment planning.
Interpret diagnostic tests and support comprehensive patient management.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and preventive care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and positive clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
CRNAs
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
Current CRNA certification.
Active or eligible Arkansas licensure.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
APRNs and PAs
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Active NP or PA certification and licensure.
Electrophysiology (EP) experience required.
Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
Active or eligible Arkansas licensure.
