Front Desk Receptionist Assistance

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will create a positive first impression for visitors, customers, and business partners while providing essential administrative support across the organization.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional customer service skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism. This position plays a vital role in supporting efficient office operations and ensuring all visitors and employees receive outstanding service.
Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls accurately and efficiently.
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
Process daily deposits and perform petty cash reconciliation.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Maintain office records and assist with routine clerical duties.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
Support office efficiency by managing multiple tasks and priorities in a timely manner.
1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Experience operating standard office equipment, such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and copiers.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a strong customer service focus.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for all visitors.
