Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for an onsite contract opportunity with a respected law firm or corporate legal department. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation support experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. This role will provide direct support to attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process.

Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation from case inception through trial.
Prepare, draft, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and litigation databases.
Coordinate document production and discovery processes.
Conduct legal research and gather case-related information.
Review, summarize, and analyze medical records, deposition transcripts, and legal documents.
Monitor court deadlines and maintain litigation calendars.
Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness files, and hearing materials.
Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing requirements.
Experience managing discovery, document review, and trial preparation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Paralegal Certificate or Associate/Bachelor's degree.
Familiarity with legal case management and document management software.
Prior experience supporting complex commercial, insurance defense, employment, or civil litigation matters.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
