TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Memphis, Tennessee, 38138!

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry
Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | On-Site
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical, overflow, post-surgical, and observation unit
Manage a patient ratio of 1:6/7 within a team nursing model
Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as needed
Collaborate with LPNs and interdisciplinary team members as the unit transitions to a team nursing structure
Adhere to all facility compliance, floating, and holiday work requirements
Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a valid compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines
Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical experience
At least 1 completed prior travel assignment
Willingness to work weekend rotation and on-call as needed
Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility
3 or more years of Medical Surgical experience

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records
• Immediate start available for qualified travelers ready to step into an active, fast-paced Med Surg environment
