The Litigation Attorney will manage a sophisticated civil litigation caseload and play a key role in developing and executing legal strategy.

This is a substantive litigation position for an attorney who enjoys analyzing challenging issues, developing creative approaches, communicating with clients, and taking ownership of complex matters.

Manage civil litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution

Evaluate legal and factual issues and develop appropriate case strategies

Conduct complex legal research and prepare detailed legal analysis

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents

Represent clients in court, administrative proceedings, and other legal forums

Provide practical, strategic legal advice tailored to each client's circumstances

Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex matters

Identify creative and practical solutions to difficult legal issues

You will be trusted with substantive legal work and given the opportunity to use your experience and judgment.

D. from an accredited law school

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service

Experience in education law is welcome but not required.

We are particularly interested in attorneys who are intellectually curious, adaptable, comfortable learning new areas of law, and excited by challenging litigation.

Hybrid work arrangement with 2 to 3 days in the office each week
