Phoenix Mountain Therapy is seeking a passionate and motivated Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient therapy team serving Assisted Living and Independent Living communities throughout the Scottsdale area.
As a Clinical Lead , you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while helping guide clinical quality, support fellow therapists, develop relationships within the communities we serve, and learn how to build and grow a successful outpatient therapy program.
Whether you're an experienced clinician ready to take the next step in your career or a newer graduate interested in developing leadership skills, we'll provide mentorship, leadership development, and hands-on training to help you grow both clinically and professionally.

What You'll Do as a Clinical Lead
In addition to providing excellent patient care, you'll help provide clinical leadership across the therapy program.

Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for therapy team members
Help promote consistent clinical standards and quality patient care
Support therapists with clinical questions, treatment strategies, and professional development
Help onboard and mentor new clinicians
Collaborate with physicians, community staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Build strong relationships with Assisted Living and Independent Living communities
Assist with program development, community outreach, and referral relationships
