Reports To : Vice President of Human Resources

Position Overview
Revolution Geosystems is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing organization. This position works closely with the Vice President of Human Resources to coordinate day-to-day HR functions across multiple companies and locations.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and technology skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and a genuine interest in supporting employees and developing a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Onboarding
Coordinate job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
Prepare offer letters, coordinate background checks, and assist with hiring documentation.
Conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation, including Form I-9 and E-Verify processes.
HR Administration & Employee Support
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation in ADP.
Prepare employee status changes, personnel forms, and other HR-related documents.
Assist employees and managers with HR policies, procedures, and routine questions.
Support employee relations, performance management, and corrective action processes under the direction of the VP of HR.
Coordinate employee separations, offboarding, and Company property tracking.
Training, Compliance & Policy Administration
Coordinate and track required employee training, policy acknowledgments, and compliance documentation.
Maintain and monitor required employee credentials, including aviation-related certifications, licenses, and medical certificates.

Assist with federal and multistate employment compliance, recordkeeping, and HR audits.
Maintain HR policies, training materials, and employee communications in ADP.
Support the Company's commitment to workplace safety and a positive, professional work environment.
HR Systems & Department Support
Maintain accurate HR information and reports using ADP and other Company systems.
Support HR projects, process improvements, and development of standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with Payroll & Benefits to ensure accurate employee information and timely communication of personnel changes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
Previous HR or administrative experience preferred; candidates with strong transferable professional experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technology and software systems.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices is a plus.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred but not required; willingness to pursue professional HR development is encouraged.
Experience with ADP or similar HR systems is a plus.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a regular Monday through Friday schedule. The position is primarily office-based in Huntsville, Alabama, with some remote work flexibility based on business needs, management approval, and Company policy.
