Head of Business Operations - Remote

Solv Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility‑scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects nationwide.

The Director High Voltage is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize High Voltage solutions and ensure efficient and effective operation. This role is fully remote; Develop and execute the company’s High Voltage strategy in alignment with overall business goals and objectives.

Identify market opportunities for High Voltage deployment, including utility‑scale projects, commercial and industrial applications.

Collaborate with engineering, operations and finance teams to develop cost‑effective High Voltage solutions and business models.

Oversee the design, construction and commissioning of High Voltage projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and partners to secure the necessary resources and expertise for High Voltage initiatives.

Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of High Voltage professionals, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Represent the company at client meetings, conferences and regulatory proceedings related to High Voltage.

Minimum 8 to 10 years of work‑related experience in design and/or construction of High Voltage and substation projects.

Proficiency and knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment.

Ability to travel as needed.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions

Occasional climbing and carrying, proximity to moving mechanical parts, working in high exposed places.

Occasional exposure to environmental conditions.
