As a Security Officer Luxury Highrise in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a hotel and resort location, you will create a welcoming presence while monitoring access, greeting guests, and responding to security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time

Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.

Maintain accurate visitor, key, package, and incident records in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Have at least two years of security-related experience.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
