Attorney (Finance)

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a highly motivated associate to join its Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group on the Financial Services Team. Support a wide range of equipment finance transactions, including drafting and reviewing loan documents, leases, amendments, and ancillary agreements.

Assist with local counsel opinions, including reviewing opinion requests, coordinating with referring counsel, drafting local counsel opinions, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across opinion packages.

Conduct due diligence, including reviewing organizational documents, and closing checklists.

3-6 years of relevant experience in equipment finance, assetbased lending, or commercial finance.

• Strong drafting skills and experience handling multiple matters simultaneously.
• Admitted to practice, or eligible for admission, in the jurisdiction corresponding to the office location.
