Position Description Summary: Responsible for the timely delivery of food and beverages to members by presenting menus, answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and service, writing orders, effectively and quickly entering orders into the Point of Sale System. This is a full time position and will include benefits, including, but not limited to medical insurance and paid time off.

Accountable for assigned opening and closing job duties as well as completion of daily tasks assigned including the set‑up and breakdown of all rooms necessary for service i.e. cleaning, organizing, and detailing of dining rooms and stations.

Promptly greets guests as they are seated and brings bread, butter and water to table.

Removes used tableware between courses and buses to the kitchen.

Checks floor and cleans as required. Communicates guest request to MOD or BOD as needed.

Position requires the individual to maintain flexible availability, will work weekends, double shifts, and holidays.

Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Prior country club experience preferred.

Should have basic understanding of food and beverage and culinary service.

Must be able to spend long periods of time on their feet, walking, standing, stooping, and lifting, carrying food trays, tables, chairs, and furniture up to 50 pounds.

Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

All employees of Shadow Wood Country Club, Inc. are expected to perform all other duties as assigned.
