Head of Engineering and Project Management

Jedson Engineering is an Engineering Consultancy headquartered in Cincinnati, OH. We provide full‑service engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm) services to industrial process manufacturers that operate in pulp & paper, chemical, CPG, F&B, power and heavy industrial market markets across the nation. Manage all aspects of business projects from inception through execution

Develop and document the scope of work

Understand project success criteria and ensure client expectations are met

Develop and track project costs

Ensure the client’s policies and procedures are communicated and followed by the Jedson and project team

Review and manage all project deliverables

Secure resources needed for team to execute work effectively (i.e. drawings, reports, site visits, etc.)

Anticipate future work associated or derived from ongoing projects

Bachelor’s degree (B.Project Management experience on Engineering Projects

Knowledge of front‑end engineering and detailed engineering process

Proven Customer Account Manager with experience in developing opportunities within existing clients

Demonstrated experience in driving projects within budget from initiation through a successful and timely conclusion

Coordinate and supervise project implementation, control project costs, monitor progress and quality of the projects

Perform activities to improve the reliability and efficiency of operations

Experience in consulting engineering, power, and/or heavy industrial industry
