Job TitleJob DescriptionObjectives:To ensure the Credit and Human Resources departments support tasks such as filing, purging, record updating and communication data is completed accurately and in a timely.Responsibilities:Credit Related Functions40%Scanning documentsAssist credit administrative functions, (Assist with Credit Memos)Purging filesHR Support Related FunctionsAssist with the processing of new hire paperwork, and testing.Handle the set-up for new employee orientation and gathering documentAssist with new hire tours.Oversee the creation of new and replacement badges.Assist with the company's TV communication content.Oversee the company's Team Builders Tuesday Program60%Create new employee files and the filing of the documents.Assist with Coordinate special events for employees and the company i.e.: company parties, potlucks, and any special entertainment events.Create signage for communicating HR events such as Insurance Open Enrollment meetingsHandle additional duties as the position evolves or as assigned.Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. High school graduate and two years of administrative experience.2. Highly organized, with the ability to do multiple tasks.3. Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills (Written and Verbal).4.
