Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests across various disciplines including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and others while adhering to established protocols.
Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Assist in specimen collection, preparing samples for testing when required.
Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new staff or interns, and contribute to maintaining high-quality lab standards.
Ensure a clean, safe work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation criteria.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within healthcare teams.
