Psychiatrist - Child and Adult - Telehealth

LifeStance Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist, Adult or Child & Adolescent, to join our growing Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care through a combination of in-person appointments and telehealth visits, supporting patients in achieving better mental health outcomes through personalized treatment plans. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulate diagnoses, and deliver ongoing medication management and psychotherapy for a range of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, and other complex behavioral health needs.

As a Psychiatrist with LifeStance Health, you will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that includes psychologists, therapists, and other behavioral health professionals. You will coordinate care, communicate regularly with referring providers, and, when working with children and adolescents, partner closely with families, schools, and community resources to support the patient’s overall well-being. You will maintain thorough and timely documentation in our electronic health record system, ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, and follow evidence-based clinical guidelines and best practices.

You will have the flexibility to provide care in both telehealth and office-based settings, allowing you to balance patient needs with your own preferred working style. LifeStance emphasizes empowerment, quality, and collaboration, and you will be encouraged to participate in case consultations, clinical meetings, and ongoing professional development activities. This position offers the opportunity to build a stable, diverse caseload of adult or child and adolescent patients, depending on your training and interests. You will use telepsychiatry tools confidently and securely, adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards, while making full use of LifeStance Health’s established clinical workflows and support systems.
