Registered Nurse (RN)
Role Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of best practices in nursing. The RN will work closely with patients to assess their needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate patient records.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses to interventions.
Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding health status and treatment options.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.
Comply with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for patients and colleagues.
Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Previous nursing experience preferred, with specialization in a relevant area as applicable.
Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of patient care practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
