Associate Attorney - Compliance
H&S Law Group LLC
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Law Associate with two to five years experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in legal principles and demonstrate proficiency in various aspects of legal case management, legal writing, motion practice and court appearances. Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy development.
Manage legal cases by organizing documents, maintaining case files, and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
Exhibit strong phone and email etiquette when communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is REQUIRED.
Proficiency in legal research techniques and familiarity with Westlaw or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document review and case management.
Prior experience in legal administrative roles is a plus.
