As a Family Law Associate Attorney, you’ll manage your own cases while collaborating with experienced attorneys and a dedicated team.

Manage family law matters from intake through resolution, including:

Child custody and visitation

Child support / spousal support (maintenance)

Draft and review legal documents: pleadings, motions, discovery, agreements, affidavits, etc.

Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support teams to deliver an excellent client experience

from an accredited law school

Family law experience of two years preferred; Experience managing a caseload with deadlines and performance metrics

Billable hours structure

Structure: Base salary + percentage of billed fees , plus performance incentives

This position is hybrid remote in Lakeville, NY 14480 . Court appearances and certain in‑person needs require local/regional driving, with mileage reimbursement when applicable.
