Hospital Liaison
New England Life Care
New England Life Care is seeking a Clinical Liaison Nurse for Bangor, ME. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling (1–3 days/week, 8:00 am–5:00 pm). You will assess patients for home infusion, coordinate referrals from hospitals, and maintain strong hospital relationships to ensure seamless care.
The position requires RN or LPN licensure, at least two years of IV therapy experience, and a valid driver’s license. HIPAA privacy knowledge and strong communication skills are essential.
