We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Paralegal to support SoFi’s Litigation and Arbitration group within our Legal Department. Key responsibilities include end-to-end matter management, assisting with document collections and reviews, legal invoice and vendor tracking, legal hold implementations, and providing support to in-house counsel on legal requests. The ideal candidate brings a strong background supporting litigation and arbitration in both law firm and in-house settings, alongside hands-on experience in matter management and legal support workflows. Detail-oriented and proactive, you excel at partnering with attorneys, outside counsel, and cross-functional teams to navigate complex legal disputes.
Experienced and highly organized paralegal to support SoFi’s Litigation and Arbitration group.
Proven hands-on experience with end-to-end matter management in law firm and in-house settings.
Direct experience assisting with document collections, review, and legal hold implementations.
Strong background in managing legal invoices, tracking, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Ability to oversee daily process management and streamline legal support workflows for the paralegal team.
Proven track record of supporting in-house counsel with responding to complex legal requests.
Detail-oriented and proactive mindset suited for navigating complex legal disputes.
Solid background supporting litigation and arbitration matters across various stages.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; 4+ years of experience as a paralegal, in either a law firm or in-house legal department. At least 2 years experience as a paralegal in a law firm is strongly preferred.

• Strong experience with litigation tracking and case management platforms (e.g., Legal Tracker, CounselLink, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of the subpoena and litigation and arbitration processes.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or a regulated environment is a plus.

Experience working for a financial services company and/or in-house legal department.
Proficiency with Legal Tracker, LexisNexis, and Relativity/other e-discovery platforms.
Experience e-filing via PACER and state court online filing systems. Experience with Atlassian/Jira or other workflow management software.
