Engineering - Manufacturing Engineer | Grand Prairie, Texas, United States [About the Role]

Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer in Grand Prairie, TX, and play a crucial role in optimizing complex manufacturing processes. You will leverage your expertise to craft detailed work instructions and drive efficiency using Windchill PLM. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturability, reduce process times, and establish robust quality standards.

[Develop and maintain comprehensive work instructions for diverse manufacturing operations.

Utilize engineering principles to streamline processes and improve manufacturability.
Implement statistical process control to monitor and enhance production quality.
Collaborate with inspection teams to design effective sampling inspection plans.
Identify and execute time-saving measures across machining and assembly processes.

[Minimum of 6 years writing manufacturing work instructions.

At least 6 years hands-on experience with machining and assembly processes.
Proven track record in process documentation within manufacturing environments.
6+ years proficiency with Windchill PLM.
Safety shoes required on the shop floor.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing technologies.
