Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospital - ICU

As a Nurse you will:

Work with patients in a hospital setting and provide them with an array of services
Apply knowledge and skills in accordance with accepted standards of clinical practice to facilitate problem resolution and achieve individualized patient goals and outcomes
Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct
Deliver care in a manner that protects and preserves the patients dignity, rights, values, beliefs, privacy and autonomy.
Job Requirements
This job requires a person who can work independently, yet never forget that continuous care requires a team effort. Additional requirements include:

• You must have a valid State nursing license or a license from a compact state.
• At least 2 year of nursing experience in your specialty
• Ability to cope with the emotional needs of patients and their families
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Current TN driver's license and automobile liability insurance
• BLS, PALS & ACLS Certification (Depending on floor)
• Current TB skin test
• You must be able to satisfy employee screening results (background check, drug testing, motor vehicle report, licensure verification, abuse registry, OIG excluded individuals)
• 2 letters of recommendation, resume & immunization records
• 2 References
• Pass a routine physical (Depending on accepted facility)
