Pay Rate: $1.00 $30.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-1:00 AM MIG and TIG Welders Wanted. We're hiring a TIG welder in Phoenix to join a team built on skill and grit.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Two-year vocational welding program or equivalent technical training preferred

AWS Welding Certification is a plus

Minimum 4 years of professional welding experience

Strong MIG and TIG welding experience required

Experience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and AWS welding symbols

Knowledge of welding machine setup and operation

Perform MIG and TIG welding on large and small weldments with tight tolerances

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and fabrication drawings

Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting components

Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications

Operate welding equipment, grinders, hand tools, and measuring instruments

Perform minor maintenance on welding equipment

Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift

Maintain close visual attention for welding and inspection work

Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
