Registered Nurse, RN-Surgery - Relocation Required

We are seeking an experienced PACU RN to provide high-quality post-operative care to surgical patients. This role focuses on monitoring neurological and cardiac status, managing airway support, and ensuring patient stability during recovery. Responsibilities include delivering safe, evidence-based post-operative care for surgical patients, assessing patient condition and monitoring vital signs throughout shifts, responding promptly to complications or adverse events, providing initial wound care and support patient recovery, collaborating with surgical, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care, documenting patient condition and interventions thoroughly, and participating in on-call rotations to ensure continuous patient care coverage.

Required qualifications include minimum 1 year recent PACU RN acute care experience (Critical Care experience preferred), Florida RN license or compact multistate RN license (Florida license must be obtained within 60 days if relocating), RN Diploma or Associate Degree, BCLS certification or BCLS Instructor within 30 days of hire, ACLS certification or ACLS Instructor within 60 days of hire, and PALS certification or PALS Instructor within 60 days of hire.

Compensation and benefits include hourly rates ranging from $27.72 to $39.60 depending on experience, shift differential of $2.50/hr after 3pm, on-call pay of $4/hr, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, telemedicine and AirMed transportation, 401(k) with up to 100% match on 39% of pay, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, family leave, and employee assistance programs, and tuition, certification, and education support programs.
