What Sets This Role Apart

Direct involvement in a ground-up course build and grow-in - a career-defining experience

Exposure to high-level agronomic standards and modern turf management practices

Opportunity to work within a performance-driven, detail-focused culture

Clear pathway for growth as the operation scales toward opening and maturity

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and commitment to quality execution

Ability to work outdoors in all conditions and perform physically demanding tasks

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset

Prior experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, agriculture, or construction is preferred but not required

Willingness to learn, improve, and take ownership of the product

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience

Final Thoughts

This role is best suited for individuals who value craftsmanship, discipline, and being part of something built the right way from day one. Bridgesong is assembling a team that takes pride not just in the work, but in the standard it represents.
