Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse
Medical-Surgical Telemetry (Med/Surg Tele)
Contract Duration: 20 weeks
Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370
Schedule: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
Shifts per Week: 3
On-site acute care hospital environment
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or a compact state, in hand at time of submission
Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required; travel RN experience accepted
Strong telemetry interpretation, rhythm recognition, and acute care assessment skills
Ability to work at least every other holiday
Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Tele patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs
Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
Deliver safe, efficient bedside care for patients who may require higher-acuity monitoring
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
Float to like patient populations as needed to support hospital coverage and patient flow
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices in patient safety, quality care, and clinical standards
Adapt to rotating shift needs while contributing to a reliable, team-oriented acute care environment
