Personal Accountability

We're hiring a dedicated, full-time Intake Attorney to be the first voice our VIP referral-source clients hear, and a resource to the firm's intake team.

This is a client-facing, phone-forward role. The people you speak with are already interested in working with us, so your job is to make a great first impression, explain who we are and how we work in plain English, answer their questions honestly, and confirm they want to move forward.

Clients sign a simple one-page digital agreement, and you confirm you have personally spoken with the named client before the firm countersigns. We never let a client sign blind, and a contract is not valid until the firm countersigns it.

Serve as a resource to the firm's intake team, lending an attorney's judgment on questions that come up during intake.

Hand every new matter off cleanly to intake, the case-management team, and the attorney handling the file.

These are people in the middle of a stressful claim, and a great first conversation sets the tone for the whole relationship.

This is a fantastic first role for a newly licensed attorney or recent graduate who is eager to learn, grow, and be part of a dynamic team.

An active license to practice law, in good standing, in any U.Based within commuting distance of our Metairie, Louisiana office. This role is on-site at the Metairie office for the first 90 days, with hybrid options available after that.

Excellent phone presence and people skills. Comfort working at pace, taking intake calls as they come in through the day, with natural peaks in the afternoon and early evening.

Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus. A meaningful share of our intake is Spanish-speaking, and a bilingual attorney who can take those calls directly is enormously valuable.

Willingness to take your turn in a shared on-call rotation that includes evenings and rotational weekends.
