Mental Health Psychiatrist

Compass Health Center is a recognized leader in crisis-level mental health, providing compassionate and comprehensive care in the Chicago, IL region. We are seeking a board‑certified Addictions Psychiatrist to join our team. The role involves leading interdisciplinary treatment teams, creating innovative individual treatment plans, and ensuring clinical excellence within our PHP/IOP program.

Provide psychiatric care to patients enrolled in PHP and IOP at our Chicago location.

Support the Chicago site within the Mental Health and Substance Use/Dual Diagnosis program.

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning consistent with current evidence‑based practice.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams and document all patient contact in the clinical record.

Participate in Utilization Review, Quality Assurance, and professional development activities.

Board‑certified in Addictions Psychiatry or completed an addictions fellowship.

Licensed or eligible to obtain a medical license in Illinois.

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans; and continuous training through CEU seminars and volunteer opportunities.
