Sales & Marketing Recruiter Industry: Staffing & Recruiting
Compensation: $55k–$65k base + aggressive uncapped commission structure

Are you someone with Sales experience who might be interested in joining Green Key Resources as a Sales & Marketing Recruiter in our Pittsburgh office? This is a full‑cycle recruiting role with a blend of account management and candidate development, supporting hiring needs across sales (SDR → Director/VP) and marketing (digital, brand, content, demand gen) roles. You’ll work across multiple industries including technology, insurance, legal, and professional services.

We’re looking for someone who is financially motivated, relationship‑driven, and excited to grow within a high‑performing GTM recruiting division.

Recruit, source, and cold‑call candidates for sales and marketing roles
Build and maintain strong pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
Review and parse sales and marketing resumes to match client needs
Develop creative strategies to attract both active and passive talent
Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends and talent availability
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and meet hiring goals
Continuous training and professional development
Aggressive uncapped commission structure with earning potential from $25,000–$250,000+ annually on top of base

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or sales (door-to-door, B2B, etc.)
Strong understanding of sales and/or marketing roles and industry terminology
Must reside in Pittsburgh and be comfortable commuting to downtown Pittsburgh on a hybrid schedule.
