Fully Remote, Work from Home (including during training) Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30pm EST
Starting Pay: $15.66 per hour

We’re looking for a focused, organized Client Case Appeals Specialist to help veterans understand their benefit decisions and ensure appeals are filed correctly and on time. You don’t need prior VA or legal experience — we’ll train you. What you will be doing as a Remote Client Case Appeals Specialist:
Be the quality checkpoint by carefully reviewing decision letters to ensure everything is accurate and complete.
Guide clients with clarity by explaining decisions and attorney recommendations in simple, easy-to-understand language.
Stay organized and in control by maintaining clean digital files and managing deadlines with confidence.

The Remote Client Case Appeals Specialist’s starting pay rate is $15.66 per hour. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY SIX MONTHS! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 42 to 75 cent increase every 6 months until you reach the cap of the pay range.
