During this Fellowship, you will support HR functions at the corporate office to ensure compliance. Reporting Location : Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Coach employees at all levels on performance, career paths and professional development

Establish trust with area operational teams and help them to view HR as a resource to achieve area goals while also aligning to corporate values and policy

Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, termination decisions etc.

Conduct investigations under the guidance of corporate legal counsel

Communicate new, changing and existing policies and procedures, and ensure understanding, compliance, and adoption

Bachelor’s degree in a related field business or 3+ years in Human Resources function

Experience influencing through persuasion using data, logic and example

This position is hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote/week

Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment

Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing

Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
