Managing Design Strategist

You design the customised growth architecture of Growth OS for each client. Market analysis, competitive intelligence, channel strategy, and growth modelling. From first diagnosis to scaling — the strategic architect who determines where the client will grow, which modules activate, and in what sequence the system gets built.
What you'll operate: Client growth architecture design: diagnosis, strategy, and module activation sequencing
Market analysis and competitive intelligence for strategic positioning
Channel strategy and growth modelling across paid, organic, and owned channels
Strategic roadmap development from first engagement to scaling phase
What the system requires: 5+ years in growth strategy, management consulting, or strategic marketing
Experience designing multi-channel growth strategies for enterprise clients
Strong analytical and modelling skills — you build growth models, not just presentations
You architect growth systems. First principles thinking is your default mode.
