Identifies, develops, organizes, plans, prepares, and delivers both standard and customized technology training and materials as required in the BayCare Health System.
Required Education and Experience: High School Degree and 4 years' experience in Revenue Cycle, OR Associate's Degree and 2 years' experience in Revenue Cycle, OR High School Degree and 3 years' experience in Information Technology, OR Bachelor's degree in Information System or Related Field and no experience OR High School Degree and 4 years Contact Center experience.
Location: BayCare Central Billing Office
Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes
Shift Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Shift: Shift 1
Weekend Work: Occasional
