Position Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of SightMD. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Conduct full cycle recruiting for assigned vacancies.

Post approved vacancies on SightMD’s website, social and professional networking sites, and job boards.

Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Review resumes, evaluate candidates' qualifications, and conduct telephone screenings.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide feedback when necessary.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.

Bachelor’s Degree

2 years of related recruitment experience

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Healthcare recruiting experience

31/hr to $36/hr commensurate with experience
