Overview Responsibilities Beaird Drilling Services is seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Manager to join our team in Fentress, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of foundation drilling projects.
Support planning, coordination, and execution of foundation drilling projects on-site in Fentress, TX.
Oversee project timeliness and ensure milestones are met.
Assist in logistics and expediting processes to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
Coordinate daily reports and maintain project documentation.
Collaborate with Senior Level Management and Customers to maintain smooth project operations while prioritizing customer satisfaction and upholding quality standards.
Qualifications Knowledge in project management and project coordination
Proficiency in expediting and expeditor roles to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
Experience in logistics management and overseeing transportation details
Familiarity with inspection processes to ensure compliance with quality and project standards
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and client interactions
Previous experience in construction, heavy civil, or industrial projects is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus
