Security Officers / Patrol (Full-time / Part Time)

As a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol in Montgomery, AL , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Customer service experience is preferred.
At this site, there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
