Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant
We are seeking a bookkeeper/personal assistant to manage both business and personal financial accounts with accuracy, discretion, and integrity. This role requires a high level of trust, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict separation between personal and business finances. This position will be working in a residential environment in Argyle and requires a background check.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for personal accounts
• Record transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks
• Help with personal budgeting, run personal errands
• Track expenses, budgets, and cash flow
• Organize and maintain records for tax preparation and coordinate with CPAs
• 1095 and government filings
• Pay authorized personal and business bills
• Identify discrepancies and report issues promptly
• Digital and physical filing
• Assist with Marketplace and eBay sales and listings
• Always maintain confidentiality and audit-ready records

Proven bookkeeping experience
Experience with QuickBooks is a must
Experience with software platforms such as OnePass, Monday.com, Excel, and all of the Microsoft suite is a big plus
Bonded (or willing and able to obtain bonding)
Texas notary a plus
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and be independently motivated
Preferred Qualifications

Degree or certificate in Accounting or Finance
Experience handling both personal and business finances simultaneously
Experience working with CPAs and tax professionals a big plus
