Associate Attorney - Transportation Litigation

A bit about us We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Litigation Associate to join our Tampa litigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience defending complex liability matters and be ready to take ownership of cases in a collaborative, high performance environment. You will work alongside seasoned trial lawyers handling a broad spectrum of civil defense matters including general liability, professional liability, transportation, and retail litigation.

Our Tampa office handles a wide range of civil defense cases including general liability, professional liability, transportation, retail, and other high exposure matters. We foster a collaborative and team oriented culture where attorneys are given meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to develop strong trial skills. Three to eight years of experience in liability litigation
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy
