Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

A well-established, full-service law firm in the Philadelphia suburbs is adding a plaintiff-side personal injury attorney to its trial team. This is a hands‑on caseload — you'll manage matters from intake through resolution, including case evaluation, discovery, negotiation, and trial, representing injured individuals and their families.

$150,000-$175,000 salary, competitive to above market for this practice area and region.

Open to attorneys from either a plaintiff's or an insurance‑defense background — if your trial and litigation experience comes from the defense side, your skills transfer directly and you're encouraged to apply.

Hybrid schedule — three days in‑office, two remote.

Full‑service firm platform with practice groups beyond personal injury, offering long‑term flexibility if your interests evolve.

Job Details

Active Pennsylvania bar admission in good standing.

Civil litigation experience — plaintiff personal injury experience is a plus, but insurance‑defense litigation experience is welcome and directly relevant.

Comfort owning a file end‑to‑end, including direct client communication and case strategy.

Strong legal writing and courtroom/deposition experience.

Based in or able to commute to the Montgomery County / greater Philadelphia area.
